• we do not guarantee the presence of specific companies or participants
• we do not guarantee commercial outcomes (e.g. deals, partnerships, returns)

Separate Event Terms & Conditions will apply to specific events.

5. Ecosystem & Third-Party Engagement

We connect stakeholders across the ecosystem. However:

• we are not responsible for third-party actions or outcomes
• any agreements between users and third parties are independent

6. Digital Platform & Data Use

ChargedUp may provide digital tools and platforms, including fleet-related services. Where such platforms are used:

• operational data may be collected to improve insights and performance
• company-specific data will not be shared externally
• any insights shared externally will be aggregated and anonymised

Separate platform terms may apply where relevant.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials—including ChargedUp®—are owned by Upsight or its licensors. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• use branding without permission

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge:
